FAQ
Frequently asked questions about BrokersForge.
Short, direct answers first; detail follows.
How do I turn a developer price list into a client offer?
Upload the PDF or Excel; BrokersForge parses units, prices and payment plans, then generates a branded PDF offer in two clicks. Developer and project name are kept verbatim; only the agent's contact is swapped.
Does the offer keep the developer's name?
Yes. The developer and project names are preserved exactly as on the source price list. Only the contact block is replaced with the agent's name, photo, phone, email and agency branding.
Is my data visible to other agencies?
No. Every deal, contact and pipeline entry is scoped to your workspace by Postgres row-level security. The only shared data is the global developer inventory.
Which developers are supported?
All of them. No closed catalog. Heavy coverage of Dubai master developers (Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, Meraas, Aldar, Binghatti and dozens more) but any developer is importable on day one.
What languages are supported?
English and French. Interface, AI summaries, PDFs and emails all switch with the user's locale. AED native.

Where is data hosted?

Yes — per-agent (name, photo, contact, signature) and per-agency (logo, colors, typography).
